FREE Shipping for US orders

Orders shipping within the contiguous US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), totaling $30 or more SHIP FREE or just $5 flat rate. Free shipping packages will ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. If you would like to choose a specific shipping provider, each USPS and UPS service is calculated on the weight of the items in your shopping cart. You will be able to select your choice during checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US will ship via discreet USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will be calculated during checkout.

Discreet Shipping

Products are shipped in plain (no logos or IGNITE name) boxes or envelopes with a nondescript return address, from "Shipping Dept". We have various warehouses around the country in which your package may be shipped from.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders will leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping transit time depends on your delivery location, but will generally be 2-5 business days unless expedited shipping is selected. If you selected an expedited shipping option, please note that orders received after 12pm EST will NOT ship the same day, though our warehouse does their best to to get the order out as soon as possible.

We do ship from multiple warehouses around the US. Your order will be shipped from the most appropriate warehouse in terms of where your order is being sent and availability of the product(s).

You may track your order at any time by viewing your order history, and shipping confirmation will be emailed with tracking information.

Discreet Billing

PayPal Login

If you use the Standard Paypal Payment (when you login to your Paypal account during checkout), funds will be deducted directly from your PayPal account. If there are not enough funds available, PayPal may charge your credit card or bank account (depending on how you have your account set up). If your credit card or bank is charged, it will simply appear as "PAYPAL INST XFER" on your statements.

Credit Card

If you use your credit card directly on our site, we still process your payment securely via PayPal, but it will simply appear as "IGNT" on your credit card statement.

Amazon Pay

If you choose to use your Amazon account, it will appear as AMZ*IGNITEPamzn.com/pmts on your statement.
