Beware of retailers that accept returns regardless of defects! Some will inspect returned items and resell them if they appear to have not been used. That's just not our thing!
For sanitary purposes, all sales are final.
This is for health and safety reasons, as well as the peace of mind of our customers.
Most vibrators come with the manufacturers warranty and you will find details inside your product packaging. Please note that we will take returns for items with a manufacturing defect only. Items that have been damaged, whether accidental, deliberate, or through wear and tear are not returnable.
Under NO circumstances can non-vibrating toys be returned. We will credit or replace items that have been shipped in error.
Due to the personal nature of the goods we sell, and for obvious hygiene reasons, we do not give refunds on any non-vibrating sex toys, cosmetic item or lingerie that has been opened, regardless of whether we are told it’s not been used. Also applies to bondage items (which can break the skin), lubricants, creams, massage oils, jewellery, clothing, lingerie and fragrance products - again, anything that does not have a motor. Products that can be copied e.g. books, CD’s, video and DVDs are non returnable. Most products have measurements and we will not issue a refund for a product due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

Upon receiving, if you find your product to be wrong or defective, please fill out the Return Form
After you have received your RMA, please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. Please note: As part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the cost of shipping can not be refunded.
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip.
- A note telling us what the problem was.
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded! Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
All sales are final. Orders that are requested to be cancelled at any time may receive store credit if items have not yet been processed to the shipping department. This may be in the form of an e-Gift Voucher if you selected Guest Checkout and have not created an account, or applied to your customer account if one was created. If the order has already be processed and shipped, you have the option to "refuse" the package when in arrives (do NOT open it). When the package arrives back at our warehouse, we can apply a partial reimbursement of store credit. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed and a 25% restocking fee will apply to all refused orders, and will need 3-4 weeks to process.
